Role Description:

  • Leads the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance the effectiveness and reach of B Local Texas initiatives.

  • Oversees data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making, measure impact, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborates with other committees to ensure data needs are met and insights are integrated into program planning and evaluation.

  • Facilitates data literacy training for the B Local Texas team, empowering members to use data in their roles effectively.

  • Optional: Engages with Data Chairs from other B Local chapters to share best practices, tools, and methodologies for data management and analysis.
